Ian
is the software package that tracks and analyzes incidents and accidents in long-term
care facilities.
Ian was developed at the request of administrators and DONs who wanted an effective
and efficient way to collect and evaluate the incidents and accidents as part
of a QC/QA effort in their facilities.
